Aqua Nusa offers a self-contained villa experience, giving you the privacy and independence of a private island home while enjoying the support of our hospitality team. Our staff respects your space and provides assistance such as daily housekeeping of your villa

Our reception office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During these hours, our team is available to help with anything you may need — including arranging tours, scooter or buggy hire, transfers, dining reservations, or assistance with your villa amenities.

Please be aware that outside of these hours, our team is not on call and may be attending to personal commitments. Assistance after hours is reserved strictly for genuine emergencies.

Emergency situations include events such as fire, flooding, or anything that presents an immediate safety concern. These will be addressed without delay.

Examples of non-emergencies that will be followed up the next morning include requests like television setup, temporary air-conditioning issues, or minibar restocking.
